Winter
Open 26th Jun – 30th Aug 2026. Sponars makes your ski holiday easy by offering a cocktail bar and in-house dining. Come back from the slopes to a delicious meal so you can refuel and be ready for tomorrow. We will also help you start your day off right with a full breakfast. If you are staying in the building your breakfast and dinner is included in your accommodation pack if booked with us directly. If you would like to visit us just for dinner during the winter months booking is necessary 24 hrs priory to your arrival on 02 6456 1111 or text 0420240989. We have 1 sittings starts at 6:30pm. Cost for three course meal adults $65 & kids under 12 with kids menu $40. We also include your continental breakfast when the restaurant is not open.

Never before have we stayed in a place like Sponars, we felt at home from our arrival to our departure. Rose & Eric were the perfect hosts & nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend a stay here to everyone. We were fortunate to be able to enjoy a spring snowfall & a warm fireplace. 5/5 Thank you both.

Stopped here for an after-ski beer, well out of season and the owners we’re so lovely and opened up the bar for us! Amazing beers and charming ambiance. It was snowing outside such a magical experience in an historic building. This will definitely be our after-ski must stop going forward.
